Code Of Ethics

To know and to comply with the statutes and rules and regulations promulgated under the Louisiana Insurance Code pertaining to unauthorized insurance.

To exercise the utmost responsibility and to act prudently in determining the financial stability of the market being used.

To remit to the State of Louisiana the full and proper taxes on non-admitted insurance.

To protect customers by maintaining adequate limits of errors and omissions coverage.

To maintain high professional standards of efficiency, conduct, integrity, responsibility, and service.

To extend the utmost good faith in dealing with principals, underwriters, and assureds.

To regard the profession of insurance as an opportunity to provide essential services to the public and to always act with dignity, courtesy, and the highest degree of fairness with members of the industry and with the public.

To be governed by a spirit of cooperation, helpfulness, and frankness and to exchange ideas with fellow members to foster the advancement and prestige of the insurance profession.
